Try putting a dab of toothpaste on it. Not the gel kind, but the type that is light blueish, the paste. Leave it on all night and wash it off in the morning, it should reduce. If its still there do it again tomorrow.
Good Luck.

You can apply moist heat to the area to encourage it to come to a head and drain itself. A steam facial, done with a towel over the head and face over a pot of steaming water will work as well. You already have the pimple, so there is no miracle cure that will make it just vanish. You have to allow it to come to a head and drain so the skin in the area can heal, and the sooner that happens the sooner it becomes a bad memory. After it drains you can apply a salicylic acid gel to dry up any remaining oil and kill bacteria, any of the OTC acne preps will work. Or you can use Tea Tree oil, which I think works a little better. If you dab it on spots when they first appear, it will often head off trouble. Once it decides to really get going, though, the only cure is to encourage it to head up and drain as quickly as possible. Moist heat works quickest at that.

I've had bad experiences with toothpaste (I end up with a big purple scab). Generally I would dab on some rubbing alcohol onto the pimple instead to dry it up.

Lemon juice sounds like a good idea, although keep in mind that lemon juice does bleach a bit, which might show if you do that regularly on dark skin.

There are many cheap and effective home remedies for acne. Tomato slices, turmeric, papaya juices and home made face packs will treat existing pimples and prevent further problems. More remedies at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/acne.html
