I just got back from a party with my boyfriend, and he said he loved me, he was serious though. this was my response:

coughed for a few seconds
ran out the door.
i think i might love him too, but i'm not sure. i just don't really know what to say, because i don't know if i want that comitment, but i still want to be with him. i'm just not in love w/ him

I know you just like him because he is hot, when is gonna be the time women don't play with our feelings, they just want to used us for their sexual needs and later just say "i do not know if i love you". happen to me before they just like for my looks. I do not believed in love anymore.

explain that u do have feelings for him and that u do want to be with him but that ur not ready to say i love u yet, and that if he ment what he said then he'll wait until ur ready to say it back
