Organic Whole Leaf Aloe Vera Skin Gel is a natural anti-Fungal (I use Aloe Life). Clean your toes very well with hydrogen peroxide (will assist with cleansing and absorption), especially under the nail. Immediately coat your toenails (especially underneath) with the gel. Allow your feet to air dry. Try to do this a few time a day. FYI - this also works with athletes foot, which is also a fungal infection. All the best.

Put vinegar in a little spray bottle and spray under your toenails twice a day. Sometimes it can take 3-6 months for it to completely be gone, but you have to spray it on every day. It is the acid in the vinegar that kills the fungus.
