I like Third Day, Selah and Jars of Clay.
Third Day is more like rock. The lead singer has a raspy voice and there's lots of guitars and drums.
Selah is more like the boy bands, but it is 2 guys and a girl.
Jars of Clay is a more achustic.
Lots of people like Kutless, Delirous, SonicFlood, Big Daddy Weave, Jeremy Camp and The Newsboys.
Check out iTunes Christian bands or listen to a Christian radio station in your area.
Worship songs are usually not "rocky". Some popular songs are by Michael W. Smith are "The Wonderful Cross" "Here I am to Worship" (I think that's the title).
