The age of consent in Wisconsin is 18. I have included a link for each states age of consent. The county does not matter, only the state, it is a state law.
I am afraid that if you are pregnant, the one over 18 can be in trouble. The state will not press charges, but you or your parents can.

If you're 17 and right near your birthday, or if the father is no more than 19 then generally, nationwide there isnt a case for statitory rape.

Theres a two year limit for things like this, because in some cases a 16 and 17 year old might date for a couple years, and when that 17 year old is now 18 and the other is still a minor, you cant just magically expect them to separate. The courts realize that.

The age of consent in wisconsin is 18, enless you are married. In the case that your married, its 16. Or you can have sex with someone who is 16 if you are 16. I think it all matters who's going to press charges. I don't believe the state would press charges, but your parents could. Do I hear a shotgun wedding comming on?

I just looked it up. It goes by STATE, not county. State of Wisconsin law is 18. Your b/f could possibly go to jail for a sex crime if the authorities became involved.

In every state if you are under 18 you are considered a minor and aren't supposed to have sex with someone who is 18 unless you're married. And yes you can get married when you arw 17 to someone who is 18 as long as your parents say it's ok. But if you decide to have sex with him do not get pregnant otherwise he'll go to jail.

I agree, the law DOES state that if you cant spell and write a simple question then you shouldn't be able to have sex or even be with someone as you need to go back to school.
Keep your head in the books and then after you finish think about sex cause if you met someone that is intelligent and then you open your mouth, OH my they will RUUUUNNNN!!

Most generally, when you obtain the legal age of an adult.
Federal law gives the age as 18 and most states have set that age as well.
