They're just random verses from the Bible that refer to death or being resurrected. They were written by different people and refer to whatever context in which they were written, not to each other. The Bible is a book written by many people, so it has many viewpoints on various issues and those viewpoints often clash with each other. Though, the editors did try to make them somewhat uniform when they were canonized at the First Council of Nicaea and other forums.

I believe in an after life. There is the first resurrection completed when all those redeemed by the blood of the Lamb get their rewards. Faith, Hope & Love are everlasting...

Then there is the second resurrection 1000+ years after the first resurrection where the rest stand before God. This is the second resurrection. The sea gives up their dead. The dead give up their dead. And death & hell give up their dead. The heaven & earth flees from He who sits on the Throne at the Time of the Great White Throne Judgment. They will be judged according to their works (conscience & land laws). Those whose names are not found in the books of life are thrown into the lake of fire, the second death.

I agree that there will be a resurrection. To understand more fully this subject I have provided an excellent talk discussing this principal. The talk is called:

I believe it means all will be resurrected just as the word of God says.

The scripture means excatly what it says. If you think it doesn't all you have to do is look around you and wait.
