Ok so today was just a horrible day.
So I got up in the morning and I felt terrible. SO I just started my normal morning routine and every time I would hear a rustle or any sort of little noise it would feel like my intestines are curling up and I had a horrible feeling in my stomach. Then later on in the morning when I came to my first class I couldn't concentrate because of the little noises and my head was pounding and my face was all red and really hot and I felt like I was really out of control and I was trying to plug my ears but it wasn't working and I was freaking out. Now it stills is bad when I hear noises but it's not as bad, I'm really scared I don't want it to happen.

This has never happened before and I'm scared it will happen tomorrow or even more.
Do you think it could also be related to me taking meds for my migraines? Although it doesn't say anything about these types of side effects.

It doesn't really sound like anxiety. I've been treated for social and general anxiety for years now and I haven't experienced anything like that. It sounds like you just had, like you said, a bad day. If you keep experiencing things over and over like this, then I would get the opinion of a dr.

It is possible that you're having...what's it called...when you read up on something and then you think you have it. However, if this is happening a lot, it is possible that you do, but based on what you said, it doesn't sound like it. It sounds more like you have extremely good hearing with a bit of a distraction problem (I get distracted by little noises a lot too, I know what it's like) and when you don't understand that this might be why you're hearing a lot of noises, it can stress you out. Try not to ignore it, because that could make it worse. You could ask a doctor about the noises, not the anxiety part (because doctors love to diagnose people with all sorts of stuff, and you DON'T want to start messing around with anxiety medicines. Trust me on that one. Also, if you get less than 8 hours of sleep, try getting more. You probably hear this from everyone but it really makes a huge difference. Until a month ago, I was living off of 5 hours of sleep a night on average, and I was constantly stressed out about all of my work and I got distracted by everything, but then for the first time in years, I got 9 hours of sleep on a school night (without being sick) and I aced/got very high scores all of the quizzes I had over the next few days, was able to concentrate a lot, wasn't stressed out over half as much, and life basically got a lot better. Lastly, Try not to freak out about the nosies. It doesn't mean that you're going crazy or anything at all, and so many people hear noises like that. Freaking out about them is probably causing the "intestines curling up" feeling, which is a form of stress. Once again, I suggest talking to someone who knows how to deal with this kind of stuff, like you could say to a doctor that you are concerned with your ears being oversensitive because the smallest of noises are distracting you, and this factor is stressing you out. You don't have to feel weird about saying it that way. Good lick :]

I think you're just stressed. If it was an anxiety disorder, it would probably occur more often than just this day. You're putting yourself in a worse state by worrying about it so much. Just do something to relax, like read a book or take soothing bath.

Yeah, it's possible that this could be a side-effect of your migrane medication, which is just one reason why you should tell your doctor immediately.

If you're freaking out in the classroom for no apparent reason, something is out of the ordinary. Talk to your doctor about it. It could just be stress, too, of course.

Sounds like PMS.
Keep a good song on your mind when this happens, maybe a christmas song, or jesus loves me will do.
U will be okay...this sounds normal and it is no disorder.

You might have been sick. Either that or you were just having an off day. But I think you were sick. If I were you, then I would have stayed home.
