10. It can kill you and everyone around you because of the countless carcinogens contained in cigarettes

1. they cause cancer
2. they stain the teeth and cause damage to cells in the mouth
3. they affect the lungs, possible cancer, constant irritation and in later years smokers cough
4. smoking causes yellow finger nails
5. you always seem to smell of smoke
6. you pollute the air, 2nd hand smoke
7. you are addicted and become addicted
8. they are expensive, you waste money on them that could be spend for other things.
9. alot of people don't want to associate with you if they have allergies, asthma, or are healthy, they don't want to breathe the 2nd hand smoke. 2nd hand smoke killed Dana Reeves, Christopher Reeves late wife. she did not smoke but worked in a restaurant/bar that allowed smoking and she died of lung cancer.
10. if you have children that see you use them, they figure it must be ok because parents do and it's a risk on their health breathing it and trying it because mom does.

Lung cancer, throat cancer, stomach cancer, heart disease, stroke, decayed teeth, wrinkled skin, yellowed fingers, second hadn smoke cancer, and lung cancer again.
