making broccoli soup tonite on the stove.
party is tomorrow at 6:00.

should i have my husband warm in crockpot at 3:30 or should i heat on stove when i get home at 5:00?

i will take to party in crockpot.

If you have time it is best to take crock pot and warm it at party site. Saves getting burned and a lot of mess. If not a possibility then heat in pot put in seperate transport container then put in crock pot when you arrive at party. Had much experience and much mess.

crockpot.. cause you said you're going to use it to take to the party!
note health extremists would tell you to use the stove.. they say warm level cooking is unhealthy! Well that maybe so for weak immune systems! If you don't want people to get sick from your cooking then you might use the stove! Oh I like broccoli soup too!

I would slowly heat it back up in the crockpot. That way, you dont have to transfer anything just take it out and go. Oh you can bring some here, I love that stuff lol :)

Just warm it in the crock pot at about 1:30 it'll give you more time to get ready

I do like cooking in crocks , a slow low warm up is always best in my books for soups , cant scorch it like that . then you don't have to transfer from pot to crock!

i would heat it just before you take it as the more you add heat the more of a chance it will break on you......
