i am only 14 but i have a boyfriend. we barely talk but i try to talk to him but hes really tired and stuff from school. i want to hold his hand. kiss him. and be all lovey dovey like everyone else but i dont ever have time because he is also on the basketball team and basketball is really big at our school so he's really pressured to do good. i really like him but i think he tries to "play it cool" when im around and kind of ignores me. what do i do?????serious question no rude answer please.

You need to just play it cool also take your time, don't rush its all good, Guys like to see girls just chilling and cool. Its hard to do but what else can you do look for signs that he really likes you too could be that he likes you but doesn't know what to do himself.
I say you try to communicate with him more but easy goes it, don't call him too much or anything.
Don't over analyze just find lots of books to read in your spare time, that's what I did, don't call him for a while after you see him in the day, let's see if he will pick up that phone and reach out to you and read lots of cool mystery books in the meantime.
Whatever way it works out in the end, even though you are 14 I know your feelings can be very intense just know that if he doesn't like you its HIS LOSS!

This is not meant to be rude but I think he doesn't like you in the way you think. It sounds more like he likes you to hang around because it flatters him and it makes him look good in front of his friends.
Think about it. What "boyfriend" is always too tired, doesn't talk to his "girlfriend", never wants to get "lovey dovey" with his "girlfriend", and has ZERO time for his "girlfriend"?

You say he is under pressure to do good in sports.
He really doesnt need more pressure proving he cares for you.
Most boys are not interested in showing a lot of affection especially in front of their peers. Maybe if you just back up a little and let him make the next move he will feel more comfortable.

Hey girl I don;t know you but what I would do is to have a talk with him and tell him that you love him so much more than what he thinks.And tell him what you think of him that he is doing wrong but make sure that when you tell him that,that make sure it comes out right from your mouth because he might break up with you,you never know so don't tell him that he ignores you cause he might say it's over.But also make sure that you are going out with the right guy cause the right guy for you he's a guy that always has time for you.Well bye and your welcome!!!!!!

i think u think they same thing i did .. love .. u make urself think u love him but maybe u do love him ur just not "in" love .... same thing happened to me i was not getting alot of attention turns out he a cheater!!!!!!! i had no clue non at all and so what ur 14 u do NOT need to go brush ur teeth screw what ppl like down there think lol i hope it works out good

Tell him that he doesn't have to play it cool, but you really want his attention, because you feel alone kind of and you need a closer relationship.
