I had a date with a guy on Saturday night. We didn't kiss or anything but he keeps asking me to go to family bbq's, the movies and wants me to meet his friends.
His keeness is scaring me, and considering I don't feel anything toward him, it's making me feel uncomfortable.
What are some subtle hints I can give him to let him know he's scaring me!
I've declined his invites but he will then ask me out again!!!

You can't be subtle! This guy is as dumb as a bag of hammers when it comes to girls. You have to be a little cruel here and just tell him that you are not interested in him at all and that he should not call you anymore. He is already thinking of you as his partner by asking you to meet all his friends and fam, which is totally psycho... After you tell him this on the phone, there will be an akward silence. This is where you hang up. You are not being mean. This guy just doesn't get it and you need to do this so he will know better next time. Good luck.

if this guy had kissed you on this date you went on would you be thinking differently if so then rethink your position on this .
if you are quite sure you don't want to go out with him now or anytime in the future just tell him your flatted to be asked out by him but you feel you would prefer to date some other men . wish him all the best and say something reassuring to him like there is lots of fish in the sea or there is more then one baseball league if you don't do well in this one try another one .
if after you say this too him in that same conversation he continues to ask you out then wait until you are with others friends and hopefully a few guys all of whom no nothing about this and then tell the guy in no uncertain terms you will not date him or go anywhere with him
i say to do this with friends male who know nothing about what you are going to do because it best to do that so none of them see this as the chance to ride in on the white horse and that big long pole the knights fought with and kill the guy . you don't want that you only want him to be aware by seeing them that you do not lack friends and his attempts to date you are not needed

don't be subtle hinting around - give it to him straight up! otherwise he might think you're playing hard to get and the chase will continue.

Tell him that he is pushing too hard and making you uncomfortable. He won't know if you don't tell him. He obviously likes you but is going about it wrong. Tell him what is right.
