There's this type of disease, where a person grows on the inside, but their outside doesn't grow at all. If you ever read the book Freak the Mighty, there's this little kid with the disease. I need to know wut the name of the disease is... plz help! Oh, and as the person gets older, their body size remains the same, while their organs and stuff keep expanding.

According to an interview I read with the author (Rodman Philbrick), the disorder Kevin (aka Freak) has is called Morquio Syndrome.

Morquio's Syndrome. It is a very rare genetic disorder that hinders cartilage from becoming bone and results in skeletal deformities, dwarfism, and death when the body can no longer cope.

yes, that story, Freak The Mighty, is sad. Kevin didnt live long. but, all i know, i have this disease. but i dont now wat it is called
but, i am having cure care,. im getting REALLY better now :) im TALL :)
