to me it sounds like this guys likes you and he doesn't want to show it that much because he isnt sure he likes u. Maybe you should make the first move and see how everything goes.

Love is a basic dimension of human experience that manifests itself in feelings, emotion, behavior, thoughts, perception and attitude. SO if you share many fun times , it may be that he wants to take it slow, or may be he just wants you to feel confortable :]

He does not "like" you, he's crazy about you. He is waiting to be your bf. kiss him on the cheek and then look into his eyes and say nothing. If he does not pull away, kiss him on the mouth and if you had any doubt before, you won't anymore. Oh, yeah... you'll be nervous as hell, just do it anyway.
