I was seeing my partner for 7months.. I got sick of waiting for him to ask me out, so I told him I wanted to see other people... he asked me out right after i said that.

Usually you both decide you would like to date exclusively and then committ to a relationship. The amount of time it takes for a couple to decide that they are ready varies because people have unique personalities and when 2 come together it would depend on their understanding of the other.

That's determined between the people in the relationship. It could be anywhere from minutes to years. Based on my own experience, I'd say anywhere from 3-6 months.

Well, it took me at least 6 months, until I finally decided that he's worthy of being called my boyfriend. I rather get to know someone really well, rather than getting hurt later. My BF feels the same way about me and we're thiking about getting married son.

It depends completely on how much time you've spent together, talking, getting to know each other. If you can't get away from each other...hate leaving...can talk for hours about absolutely anything...I think it's safe to say you're boyfriend/girlfriend.

If you are dating each other exclusively, then I would say you are boyfriend and girlfriend. If you see each other once in awhile and have others that you go out with, then your not.

Hey i know this is stuff. It depends on the person you are dating does it feel like the one you wnat to marry or is it just fun you'll date for a while. It comes too you when that my gf or bf you know after a couple date hope this helps you
