Ok i really like this guy ( i think anyways) and i see him once a week....iv only been at this thing for like 2 weeks now..when im not at the thing..i do think about him..and when im there im just happy hes there..i havnt actualy even tlked to him yet..but wev smiled at each other ..i think he might like me too..how do i continue this ..or what? im kinda confused.....

I have been in the same situation. There was this guy who would smile at me and always be looking at me. One day, I went up to him and started talking to him- he liked it and all but he would never strike up a conversation with me afterwards unless I started it. I found out that he had interest in me, but didn't actually like me (to start dating). He just liked the way I looked and was too immature around me to actually date me. Beware of the eye contact stuff-he may just be flattered that you like him.
Try talking to him or saying hi- see what happens after
