i dont think so.. i had them on my lower back and when i went to the doctor she said they were mostly on the upper or lower back, sometimes coming around the front to the person's stomach but she never said anything about having them on your head..

It can be on your face...but I don't know how much it can effect your brain...other than a bad headache!!!
