We've been seeing each other for about 4 weeks. We've had 8 dates, talk a lot on odd nights, and are intimate. I invited him to a party that I am throwing with a bunch of friend. Was it too soon? Would this scare him off?

I think it's fine. You're co-hosting the party, so it's normal to invite him. But if you're already intimate with him, isn't it kind of weird to be worried about it being too soon for a party invite and not worried about it being too soon to be intimate?
Anyways, have a fun party.

nope not at all. why would a party scare him?
it's just a party. it's not like your inviting him over for dinner with your parents. right? it's a party with all your friends.
ADVICE: if your able to.... you should tell him to bring along some of his friends so he won't feel left out at the party.

ah no it's not too soon. it's been about a month so you're doin well lol. dont worry so much. just do what feels right.
