It depends on the body wash. Some body washes have oils and if you put them on your feet, you may slip. Most accidents happen in the bathroom. Anyways, that is also one of the reasons why you do not use it on your face. The skin on your face is more sensitive. The body wash may have fragrance or oils and or other irritants that may cause breakouts on your face.

Your face is exposed to the elements alot more which causes dirt to get into the pores. This can cause alot of problems. Body wash does not contain the right ingredients needed to cleanse your face without drying it out.
You could use body wash on your feet too, but because our feet are in shoes sweating, other things may be needed.
