My cousin,goes to the same school as me and were in teh same grade.We are in differnt worlds,we ahng with differnt crowds.Recently ive been told from people who talk to him and me as well which is quite rare seeing as were nothing a like.That him and another one of his friend have a bet going to see who can get into another girls pants. Its hard to beleive but it is beliveable the real question is should i comfront him or not about it because even though we arnt close at school we were pretty tight growing up,and if it does happen to be true waht should i do about it?

yeah, go for it. give him a woman's perspective, make him feel bad about it.

Well considering you aren't friends and you don't hang out in the same groups it's not really any of your business however he is family and if it is that you are genuinely concerned about him then express that to him. Sex shouldn't be about bets and it's terrible for these guys to be demeaning this girl like they are. I agree with the below poster as well. Tell the girl what is going on so she sees it coming and will have nothing to do with either of them. In high school and junior high you can destroy someones life by objectifying someone like this.

My advice to you is to worry about what your doing and not pay attention to rumours. People talk a lot of crap in school and it doesn't concern you. If your cousin has a bet with a friend let him be the ***. If you get involved it just ties you to him. If the bet was about getting into your pants, then by all means say something to him because that is wrong on many levels. Otherwise dont pay attention to gossip or other people's business.

Is it really any of your business? If you want to inform somebody...I'd inform the girl they are betting on. Let HER confront him, and you will keep your status as "the cousin he hardly ever talks to." Seems to be the best way.
He sounds like an ****** anyhow.

I think you should talk to him about it. Ask him if it's true and if he's really only interested in getting laid. Try to talk him out of it if possible and help him understand that life is about long term relationships, not one night stands.

confront him. guys can get full of themselves with the increase in testasterone. they sometimes need a bit of reality to bring them back down to earth. but come to him in love and not accusing like. help to reason it out that it is not a contest and this is something that can impact him for the rest of his life... and not just his... but some poor innocent girl who gets her heart broken for a stupid bet. talk to him... for the sake of that girl... you would not want it to be you!

Yes you should talk to him but off of school grounds let him know that its not right that hes going around making bets like that but if your cousin has any respect for women let alone respect for himself he will understand and not do it.............Good luck..........
