animal abuse comes in many forms; this is one; really funny to get an animal drunk; she is a blast ; I wish I knew who she is b/c I would report her; it is abuse to pick on someone weaker just b/c you can; in life ; what goes around comes around; say something and intervene or you are aiding an abuser by your silence.

You can report her to the local authorities because that is animal abuse. it is just like giving a child alcohol. The dog has no will of its' own and cannot make a choice not to drink it. I know some people think it is funny to give a animal liquor, but it is abuse. Your friend has no business owning a dog and the poor dog should be taken away from her and placed in a loving home.
As far as the medical issues, because the dog is still a puppy and growing , dependent upon the amount of alcohol consumed the puppy can have a variety of liver dysfunctions including a liver that does not developing properly. It can cause other growth problems it the intestines and stomach too. Alcohol is a natural blood thinner and sedative as well, so it will harm cell reproduction and blood to vital organs including the brain. I hope this gives you the information you wanted and I hope you either get your friend to stop of remove the pet from an abusive home.

More likely extreme liver damage. Their bodies are not made to handle alcohol. Neither are Ours but humans are stupid and just dont care. If the dog is getting drunk which more likely it is depending on the amount of alcohol consumed it is killing the dogs brain cells. Which means that the dog will become more aggressive, and harder to train if training is possible at the point depending on the amount of brain cell damage. Keep in mind depending on the in take amount it can kill the dog. Also, it means that with liver failure in the future it means extremely high vet bills or putting the dog to sleep.
With these odds if I was your friend I would stop.

Most definately! Giving a dog let alone a little puppy can be very severe with permanant damages. Just think what alcohol can do to humans except times 5 or even 10 for a little puppy who is still developing.

So yeah, don't do that. First thing to do is, don't do that. Let the dog mature until about 5 years old, teenage years before totally screwing him up.(not really recommending this if you can't tell) Actually just have your friend give the dog to a responsible person who will not treat him like a toy that you can throw away. Oh did i mention do not do feed the dog alcohol or any drug.

Your friend is a total idiot and should be charged with animal cruelty as well as placing a complaint to animal control so they can rescue this poor dog. Alcohol affects dogs just as it does humans with even more severe reations. Plz help this poor abused animal who cannot help itself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
