alright, well im 30 weeks pregnant, and i dont know how many months pregnant i am, so if anyone has the weeks from here on out and how many months i would be for those weeks, that would be great..please

&& im oringinally a very tiny girl, i never was able to gain weight normally, cause i have a high matabilism, i originally weighed 102 and i stayed that weight for 2 1/2 years (cause im done growing n all) but how much should i have gained by now, like as of now i have gained weight, im just afriad im not gaining enough, and i always ate a lot to begin with, its like i had a bottomless pit, but now i eat even more, so eating isnt an issue, i am just worried that my baby isnt growing right or anything like that cause im still really tiny, so does anyone know how much i should be gaining by now?? and how much should my baby weigh and how long should she be now??..thank you a lot..

You are seven and a half months pregnant. As long as your doctor is happy with how well your baby is developing (they can tell that through ultrasound) I wouldn't worry about how much weight you gain.

Counting of weeks of pregnancy begins with the first day of your last period. From that day, your doctors will count ahead 40 weeks and that is your due date. It can be confusing to mix weeks with months as no month is exactly 4 weeks long except Feb. From date of conception, pregnancy is counted at 38 weeks, but the possible window of conception can be several days and there is not usually a way to determine exact day of conception, that is why the date of your last period is used. You have about 10 weeks to go, so you can say you are in your 6th month if you want, but most people these days use how many weeks they are. As far as weight gain, every woman is different. As long as you are eating and are gaining weight, you are probably doing just fine. Your doctor should be addressing these issues with you at your prenatal check-ups. Here is a good website that will tell you what is going on with your baby at each week http://www.yourbabytoday.com/pregnancy/preg_health/inutero_guide.html

Yes you are 7 and a half months, you will be 8 months when you are 32 weeks, and 9 months when you are 36 weeks and beyond, and again as long as your doctor is satisfied with your baby's progression, you are just fine

Talk to your OB-GYN! How much you should gain or do gain varies person to person. If your doctor isn't worried, then you shouldn't be.
