First clue: Multiple breeds
Second clue: breeding mixed breeds (corgi-poos)
Third clue: will not take dogs back
Fourth clue: suggesting puppies as a GIFT
Fifth clue: breeding unregisterable purebreds
Sixth clue: many litters in one year
Unfortunately, the site also demonstrates that just because someone shows dogs doesn't automatically make them a good breeder.
Edit - Um, Susan L there is no limit on how many litters you can register from a dog or *****, it's just that after a certain number you need to have a DNA sample taken. Some popular stud dogs sire dozens of litters. One basset puppymiller brags that his stud has sired 379 puppies!
Edit 2 - Thanks for clarifying that, Torbay, I wasn't sure of the exact numbers because I don't live in the US, I just remembered that when my boy was in the States he had to have a DNA sample taken.

Please tell me how breeders could be doing this for years; you can only akc register 3 litters per female and I believe 4 litters for the sire; if you are breeding for years, you will max out both the male and female; what happens to the used up males and females when they bring in new ones?? They say for the love of the breed, yeah right. Then there are so many breeds; people have to start asking these breeders what happens to Mom and Dad thereafter. If you mate the daughter and you use outside stud; you still have only 3 litters , now you have mom , dad and daughter ; -do the math ; breeders can't be doing this for years and still have these dogs as family pets or are all these dogs out in the kennel and the new one is now brought in to family raised pups; akc just tells you the bloodline ; that is it!! I have seen breeders get rid of a so called family pet when the breeding limit is reached; if you are akc registering then you run into the numbers game; ask many many questions; akc register doesn't give you a whole lot, breeders hide behind akc registered; they are in the pup business, plain and simple=money RUN TOTO RUN

Yes. They breed a LARGE number of dogs, and sell them (I'm willing to bet to pet stores as well as the general public). That is the definition of a commercial breeding kennel.
Can't tell you if they are a "puppy mill", as that usually refers to their conditions (something they don't show in website pics).
The fact that they sell "Designer Dogs" is somewhat troubling though. The process of cross breeding is unpredictable and owners often don't get the dogs they expect. Too many of these dogs are ending up in animal shelters.

Definitely a commercial breeder, no self respecting breeder of a pure breed would advocate crossing (especially something as hideous as a corgi-poo). And no good breeder would promote dogs as pets.
Run away!!! I feel so sorry for their dogs.

First off Susan is WRONG. With AKC females can have more than three litters, and the sires can sire WAY more than 4 litters!!! They have a "frequently used sire" program!!!!!!! And that is 7 litters or more than three in a calandar year.
To answer the question....this is a puppies for profit breeding operation. They have CORGI-POOS!! And I looked at the Aussies....WHAT GOD AWFUL LOOKING THINGS THEY WERE!!!!! Not what you would pay money for!!!! Stay FAR away from these people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

Yes, they are a large scale breeding kennel. I wouldn't personally ever consider doing business with anyone who thinks it's acceptable to breed "designer" mutts.

Sounds commercial to me. They don't even mention if the sire and dam have cleared they hips and eye exams. Their gurantee doesn't sound that good IMO
Check out this website of a good breeder and compare the contracts, guarantee, and certificates for hips and eyes with fairviewkennels http://www.timelessaussies.com/
