I love watching the PTV Personal Television Moniotos with so many films,pre-programmed channels and Airshow(The moving map that displays where you are with a map in English and the usual language of the country). I also like to make use of the inflight internet it's worth the cost. I also like listening to the music onboard. Then I sleep , eat some , walk around and then the flight is over. I flew from Tel Aviv-JFK-SFO and on the 12 hour flight between JFK-TLV-JFK I had no problem and the flight passed so quickly with the PTV in the seat in front of you. Meals are not that bad. I can sleep so I do when I can.

A combination of reading, sleeping and listening to music. I usually go for magazines. It is a bit more light reading, more compact than a book, and when I am done I usually toss it or leave it with the on board magazines.

If I have a long flight like that, a lot of times I make sure I am tired, using time wisely, knowing I can sleep on the flight. Especially true of the return trip.

Take sleeping pills for the first 8 hours. Bring an Ipod, and a portable DVD player, or talk to your fellow pretty passengers :p
