Dab soap on it. The reason why oil burns are so painful is because since they are fatty they cling to your skin even when washing with cold water. But if you dab burns with soap immediately, the soap breaks down the oil and it doesn't burn as deeply. Too late for this time, but now you know for next time.
What you need to do now is keep the area moist and cold, and take some aspirin for the pain.

how bad is it and how much of your skin is covered.
If its red or red and pimply, put it under cold water and put burn cream on
If its black with ooze coming out, put a sterile dressing on it and go to the doctor or emergency room ASAP.
