Do you live near a toxic waste dump or maybe a nuclear plant? Your symptoms are vaguely in line with radiation poisoning or maybe heavy metal poisoning.... or you could have Cancer. Or maybe you just got really crappy genes from your parents. You should get checked out by a doctor in a hospital. A full physical check up, EKG, and blood chemistry analysis, stool sample, urine sample.... The Works! And sooner rather than later! Search your environment for a source of toxicity. Best of Luck to you.

dude get up and get moving, I had ankle issues and I started last year at this time doing exercises to strengthen the ankles:
sit on a chair or desk and spell out the alphabet with your feet a couple times a day, and balance one leg lifting the other and stand there til the count of 10 a couple times a day. 6 months after I started this my ankles don't feel weak anymore. Go to walmart and get some nail hardener (sally hansen) if you don't want the gloss on your nails find someone that sells avon, they have nail strengthener that soaks into the nail (check around at walmart they might have something similar)
The eat/drink thing I can't help, you need to check with a DR or cut out greasy foods if that is what you are eating. Aches and pains? well, I have them too and the more I move and stay active the less I notice, and if you are depressed it can cause the aches and pains. See a chiropractor he/she can help get your body back in tune. As for your teeth, do you have ins? get in and have it taken care of, if you don't check with a tech college in your area they always need people to learn on and you might be able to get a good $ for having it done there. And the finger thing ? who cares? no one is perfect!

Theres a few things you can do. First off, start taking a multi-vitamin. Second, if youre worried about your nails, take a calcium supplement, they will get strong and grow. Next, if you feel achy, start taking glucosamine. I had knee surgery and aches for awhile and started taking that and it helped quite a bit. You may want to start going to the gym, that'll strengthen your muscles and help you feel better overall. Don't worry about falling apart at a young age, there are things you can do to help. Besides, my parents were just happy I made it to 18 because I was such a clumsy person--always injured and sick. Take care.

As a girl who has been dating a man (31) who has had chronic health problems for four years, only a little longer than we have been together . . . I assure you if you have a decent personality someone will want you. As far as your health goes . . . make an appointment with your doctor, bring a list of your concerns, a log of everything you've ingested the week previous . . . . and if you feel necessary, a bowel and bladder log. You will probably want to ask for a blood work up to screen for more serious problems and deficiencies.

It sounds as though you have some type of allergy or poisoning, but you really need anti-biotics. You may have a staph infection(mild one). But dig this: i have had numerous broken bones . You just need antibiotics. Maybe vitamins? And the weak ankles- I jogged and it cured that. I had weak ankles growing up until I learned to run a little in my twenties. When they say it is the agony of de feet, they don't lie.
