Last year I met a brde who decided to give an iMemoryBook to each one of her guests. Here is what she did:
She wrote her story of how they met and how they got engaged, and then she got the groom to do the same. Then she put in all her favorite photos of them two ot them.
When she was finished she printed a 8.5x6.5 inch 20 page wedding memory book for each of the guests. From what I understand it was a big hit.
How often do you really get to hear the story of the bride and the groom in that kind of a fun way? It won't get tossed to the garbage.

Your best bet is to contact a Promotional Distributor. These are the people that make promotional gifts/give aways for companies and such. They can probably give you an endless list of ideas for your price range.
Maybe try www.promocan.com
The best wedding favors I've ever seen:
- Coasters
(I got a set of 6 - one from each of my friend's weddings. It took 2 years to get the whole set LOL)
- Place setting 'figure' made completely out of MegaBloks (like leggo) Yes they can do it for you!
- Key chains (the one I have you can get from www.leclasp.com)
- Shot glasses
- A keepsake napkin and napkin holder
- A puzzle (when assembled it's a picture of the bride & groom)
Hope these Ideas give you some inspiration!

My husband and I did music CD's for our wedding favors and they were a hit. People are still talking about them a year & 1/2 later. Others are asking if we have any extras.
You pick 8 of your favorite love songs and let you fiance pick 8 songs
Find someone to put pictures of the both of you on the CD cover and on the CD it self.
Both of you sit down and find a beautiful love quote to have printed under one of your pictures and have the wedding date printed somewhere on the CD.
Our DJ did this for us!!!

My fiance and I got engaged on the beach, and the next day we gathered all the sand dollars we could find. I am going to buy tiny tin pails, fill them with sand, and put 2 or 3 sand dollars in each. I think we'll attach a little note that says "these sand dollars represent the day we got engaged, and we would like to share them with you as we celebrate our wedding day" Or something of that nature :)
Good luck!

A great idea I just heard was to give the amount of money you would spend per person or couple, and give it to a charity of your choice. The person I know who's doing this is giving it to a children's hospital, and then giving each person a little card saying that that money was donated in their name.
Most little give-aways get thrown-away, or put in the back of the closet, because generally they're junk, or just novelties. This is a gift that really means something.

As a memory of a wedding, you should make sure someone takes a lot of pictures of the couple together. This way, you can frame it and keep it as a memory forever.

A girl I work with found some nice silver pens that were laser printed with their names and wedding date. They were under $2 each and they really look nice.

were giving out flower seeds in little chinese take-out want boxes performed up in our shades with slightly tag reminding them of when we were given married. Then each and each and every time they plant those plant life they are going to imagine folk on the grounds that they were given them at our wedding ceremony. Its good for the ambience and it remains with them for a even as. Its quite affordable. you could purchase seed at residing house depot for 10 money and the little boxes are lower priced on ebay or oriental determining to purchase and promoting. Fill it with newspaper or potting soil.

Here's a unique one - check out these wooden hand-carved tulip-shaped pens. They are unique and perfect for your spring wedding. You can add a ribbon and a thank-you tag for personalization. Congrats :-)
