It kills the fleas and it gets rid of them safely without using harsh shampoos and chemicals just make sure that you get all the soap off. Also call or go to your vet they sell pills that protect the dogs from heartworm and fleas! Good Luck!

You need to get her to a vet to be treated for the fleas. OTC stuff doesn't work and is harmful to pets. Fleas cause heart worm.
