A better connection (like cable or DSL) is the best option.
Some service providers offer software which reduces the size of images you download, but this lowers the image quality and is only a modest improvement.

If you mean speed up your browsing, you might consider running your adware and spyware removal tools! Other than that, the only thing you can do is find a faster ISP!
DONT download an accelerator as Jarhead says! His name befits him! Accelerators are nothing more than malware! They misguide you and direct you to sites that only they want you to see!

The best way is to use a faster connection - you can improve your connection speed,by adding additional memory to your computer.
The so-called web accelerators dont just cut it, in my view.

I don't think there is anything you can download.But you can always get a router.They only cost about $50.Just call your internet server and ask them which of there routers would be best for your computer,then go to (server's name).com and order it.Or you mey be able to order it over the phone.You can ask them if there is anything you can download,though.
P.S. I'm only ten years old!

Nope. Basically your internet connection is like a metal pipe. It can only take so much. If your using dialup, get DSL or Cable. You will go MUCH faster then.

Just clean out your hard drive:
Disk Cleanup
Disk Defragment
Delete unused programs
Delete Old Files
