could be anything from a tiny bit of nerve damage to you not getting enough sleep. or if you spend a lot of time on the computer, odds are good its eye strain. go outside, go for a walk in the park or whatever. spend a day not looking at the computer or the tv, and when you get home, go to bed a bit early and get a good night's rest. if its not gone by then, try asking a doctor.

You probably need glasses, or a stronger prescription if you already wear them. It sounds like the eye is strained/tired.
