Do you know any good gags or role play that would be a great laugh for the whole family?

When I was at my inlaws a few years ago, we took the kids down in the basement (it was like a family room). There were all the cousins together, ages 4-12. We told them they better begin to settle down cause it was getting late, and Santa might be doing his rounds. Meanwhile, my husband went outside with sleigh bells, ran around the house outside ringing the big bells (you can get them at craft stores) and going HO HO HO...MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!! The kids all tried to run upstairs to see, but we told them if they caught him, he might not come in and give em presents! The power of suggestion was so strong in these kids' minds, that some of them swear they remember seeing him when they were little that night, flying over the roof. Funny, they were all down in the basement with us, just heard all the sounds. GREAT SPOOF, REALLY GETS 'EM.
