He probably likes you, but just does not have the guts to say his feelings. Try hanging out with him more often and get to know him better. If he really does like you, it will show through in his behavior.

Who says he doesn't like you? There's no hidden secret about guys, it sounds like he likes you, because if he didn't he wouldn't bother. They're not like women who will smile at you and stab you in the back (sorry a little personal). Ask him out, see what happens. You only get one life, live it.

Does he do these things with other girls? If so, then there's a possibility this is all playful teenager stuff. If he doesn't, he might like you.
