i have custody of my brothers children,theres 2 from june , need to know how mush back pay could i get for the 2 children

It will all depend on his income and that is something that will have to be resolved in court.

Usually the court wont order back pay unless there was already an order in place but it depends on the state.

you will not know until court! sorry to say, many states let back support go with out much effort to get it! i hope you don't live in one of these areas!!! god bless you for taking in some one else kids and not letting them sit in a home the rest of their life's!! i wish you the best!!:)
