Contact the country you were born in and get the certificate. Also if you have an INS case, check with your lawyer he should have a copy. Good luck!

Where were you born ? If you were born in Germany , I could give you an address of an office where you can order a copy of your birth-certificate.I'm German , so I could easily send you an address.
If you are not born in Germany you could search the website of your homecountry , or just ask at the embassy of your homecountry. They might help you as well.
Good luck,
J.Z

I had to do this a long time ago. You do it through the Embassy of your country.
