omg! me and this guy have went on a couple of dates we went to works christmas party together, we have partied together a few times, and we have also done "the Naughty" a couple of times for about 1 1/2 months now then today he was talking to one of my friends and she said well aren't you guys dating now and he said NO! who said that has she been saying that...knowing very well she was gonna tell me b/c i live with her...i'm sooo confused, i mean this guy calls me every night atleast 3 times, we have talked about some in depth stuff as well.... i wanna know what i have to do to become girlfriend status...what the heck is going on? i just don't understand!

In general I'd say to ask him what he's looking for right now. For future reference, that would be something I'd recommend asking before physically getting involved with him esp. if you want something more than just a physical relationship.
He could just be interested in being friends. If you really want to become his girlfriend you can do one of two things:
1) Ask for that status-of dating and being exclusive-basically ask him out
2) You could wait for him to bring that up and ask you out. I'll be honest, I don't think the chances are high that he'll ask to be in a relationship with you at this point because he seems fine with the way things are right now-at least from what I'm getting.
Do you, do your own thing, if you want to continue having sex with him then do that, but make sure you're not doing it to get him to be in a relationship with you. Be honest and straight-forward about how you feel and go from there. Good luck!

Honey, you have to establish these things before you start sleeping with a guy. They will take your coochie and run for as long as you let them.
If you set no standard for him to abide by, it's easy for him to take advantage of the situation. He is just enjoying having somebody that he likes sleeping with and probably thinks is cool.
If you want more then you need to be honest with him and talk to him about it. If he doesn't feel the same then you need to cut your losses and move on and next time make sure the person knows up front what you are looking for.

It doesn't get any simpler than this... I agree with the 2 above, he considers you his friend with benefits, booty call, whatever...
You have to just lay it out for him and tell him you want to be bf and gf or he can find himself another partner. Period. Don't let him slide or back peddle on this. Either he walks in public with you holding your hand and calls you his g.f. or you cut him off, completely or he will take the milk for free for as long as you let him without buying the cow. Now if you are looking for just a friend with benefits, that's different, but it dosn't sound like that to me...

dont give out the milk for free sweetie. stop doing the 'nasty' for about a month. if he likes you, he'll come to you. then you tell him, ' i need to know how you feel about me'. only you can tell if hes honest or not, then make a decision.
