Try asking him "Ola. Usted habla Inglés?"

Then, you could try telling him something along the lines of your NOT being interested in 'him,' and 'especially as he lies, cheats and abuses his already trusting disposable girlfriend.'

Choose your own words though ~ appropriate to you and the circumstances.

But, it is best to not say anything likely to antagonise him at all - and otherwise, after your initial message, simply sat 'nothing.'.

I would suggest two things further.

1: Do not hit him.

2: Do NOT even touch him.

Either of these he would likely take as a 'connection' with you and be a 'signal' for permission for him to respond likewise.

It's good that you see him for what he really is, and it might help you if there are witnesses to any exchanges like you mentioned, between you.

The Final part of this, there are Laws and their procedures to protect you from such behaviour. Turn to them if you need them

As a Male here, I'm sorry for the behaviour of a brain dead fool who happens to share my gender.

Best of Luck.
Sash.

Why are you even contemplating going out with a guy who cheats on his gf. He cheats on her and you and you both could catch an std grow up while you still can.

Don't go he is a pest. What's the bets that you will meet him somewhere and he will be waiting for you on his own. Don't do it he is tricking you in to going out with him.
Or say you will go and don't bother turning up and maybe then he will stop asking you out.
