All females like to feel protected when they are with a man, they want to know that they will be safe walking with him from point A to point B. It helps ALOT if he has good physique and is athletic.

Being physically fit, nice tonation, healthy-looking tan...biggest thing for me...I don't like overbearing muscles though. He shouldn't look like he could break me with his fist if he wanted to. But he should be strong enough to pick me up and stuff.
