Tell him everytime he wants to dip and smoke you'll give him a bj instead. That will rewire his brain and stop the habit. This will only work if you really care for him and are dedicated.

Talk to him about it.
Was he doing this when you started going out with him? Cuz if so, you should have let him know then, and then if he wanted to continue you either should have dealt with it and been okay, or moved on.
But, if he just started doing it, then you def need to let him know how you feel.

Look for a boyfriend that doesnt do those things. or give him an ultimatum (which usually doesnt work unless he is really in love with you)
