Hi, had this spot my face that I decided to pick - it started to bleed for a short time but then it cleared up and then this watery liquid came out. Just wondering what it is? Water? Bacteria?

Regards,
James.

Lymph. This is a liquid secreted from your lymph nodes that stops infection, and also produces the water under the blister when you have a blister.
Lymph secretions from the Lymphatic system, nodes, ducts, and vessels leaks from the capillaries of the circulatory system, becoming interstitial fluid, and filling the space between individual cells of tissue. Plasma is forced out of the capillaries by oncotic pressure gradients, and as it mixes with the interstitial fluid, the volume of fluid accumulates slowly.

Those are your white blood cells that come out after bleeding to fight infection. They will crust up with the rest of your blood and fall off after a few days if you leave it alone....KECK

It's just serous fluid, a byproduct of the things your body uses to clot the blood and create a scab.
