A woman went to a family funeral... While she was there - she met the lovliest most attractive man she'd ever met. The more they talked the more she liked him but at the end of the day he went home, she didn't know his second name, nobody else knew him but she was desparate to see him again.

The word psychopath is very much misused and as such is subject to much stigma! I have a pathological urge to answer these sucky questions but it doesn't mean I am out to murder someone and torcher them and break their legs and pull out their teeth with pliers.

She never killed anyone, since the film Psycho which meant psychopath, many people believe that psychopaths are of necessity murderers.
Only very few psychopaths kill people, about the same percentage of non psychopaths that kill people. The only difference, is they don't have a conscience, so if they kill, they would be more likely to kill again.
What did she do?
She put a Question on Yahoo Answers giving a description of him,, and details of the funeral, in hope that someone would either get him to contact her, or tell her who he is.

You've told the joke wrong!
You're meant to say:
"Two weeks later she killed her sister. Why?"
The theory being that if the other person guesses it was to see the fit guy again, they must be a psycho as they think like one.
