Take the "wee wee pad" outside and let her know its there. Let her go to the bathroom on it outside and reward her. Repeat it as necessary and eventually take the "wee wee pad" away and she'll get the idea and begin going to the bathroom outside.

Try placing the wee pad by the door and eventually place the wee pad outside. Then gradually reduce(cut) the size of the wee pad until their is only a little piece left. Then remove the wee pad completely. Remember to praise and give treats when she goes outside.

well thats seems odd but my first thought would be that you could simplfy the whole situation and just litter box train the dog. it may be starnge but she seems to want to go inside anyway, make it easier to deal with for yourself. what i've always done is make sure to take the dog out about once an hour at first and gradually they seem to get the idea that outside is potty. then after a while you can spread it out more. it sound slike alot to do but it's woked for me with more than one breed on more than one occasion. also when she goes on the pee pad, take her outside anyway just so she associates outside and potty. as far the hyper activity, they can be that way for ever in some cases, thats just the breed. but look at it from the dogs point of view. they are very very small, everything is bigger than they are and they count on you to be in control of everything so you can be confident for them. and if they fell like you aren't they will be hyper and nervous. i know our instinct is to repeat things until the dog does it but don't do that. that gives the impression that ignoring you is ok. say what you want in a very firm, not emotionally voice and then if nothing happens show the dog what you want. go buy a bag of Charlie Bear treats to help with training, they are very small so the dog won't fill up on treats too much. another very simple thing is make sure the dog is tired. at least once a day i take my dog, shes an 8 month old shepherd mix and weighs about 65 pounds, to the dog park so she can run with other dogs and get that energy burned off. after an hour or more she is letting her head hang down a little, laying on the ground and then she will listen to whatever i say, she simple is much happier being worn out. also i'd say check out the dog whisperer's book. what he says makes sense and some of it is very simple. great dog and good luck to you both!

at least she knows to go to the wee wee pad if shes in the rest of the house does she at least go to the pad? nothing wrong with that? as a breeder of mini doxies i know all too well they take more time to train the most other breeds, your dogs only 10 weeks old give her time and praise her when she does go outside and take her out often

at the same time as ever she potties on the floor carry her to the pad and make her stay there for a a million minute or 2 and if no longer get a crate and keep her in there at nights yet you shouldnt are turning out to be her at 7 weeks because she wont comprehend too a lot about having to flow potty on the pads and likely she will be able to cry in the course of the nighttime because she misses her mom and siblings yet again to the pads at the same time as she is going on the floor say no undesirable woman and positioned her on the pad and make her stay there it is going to take a lengthy time period for her to study about the position to flow poop

start putting the 'wee wee' pads closer and closer to the door, and put it outside eventually, and that should work...but give her a treat when she goes on the pad when it is closer to the door...and praise her a little more each time...AND NO YELLING!!!!! she doesn't know what u are yelling at her for, just make her see the problem if she goes on the carpet, and calmly say ''u go OUTSIDE'' and put her outside

I have a short haired Dachshund who is a city dog with parents that work, she uses her wee pads when she is home alone;however, once someone is home she makes sure we take her out to do her business. when you take her out and she does her business outside reward her. i would place wee pads in diff spots in your home when you are there ,they are smart dogs and about her being hyper she needs exercise, mine walks about 10-11 miles a week and she loves her walks in the park as i do.

to adress to hyper issue, you should be walking her at least 30 mins everyday to get out her energy. esp if shes confined to the kitchen, being bored out of her mind, no wonder she gets hyper and excited! you shouldnt yell at your dog because its your fault she is not potty trained not her. she has only been on the earth for 8 months, and she has gotten in the habit of going to the bathroom inside, and so far to her, it seemed the right thing to do. if you work alot then its going to be hard to teach her to go outside because in order for them to learn they need to go outside as soon as they get the urge to go. most dogs poop after they eat so take her down after five or ten minutes after she eats and then about 15-20 mins later if she doesnt go.. depends on the size of the dog, she will need to go out at least every 3-4 hours. when she does go outside reward her. if you catch her going inside then say NO! and take her outside immediatly. you should probably go to a professional dog trainer before she gets too old because they would be the most knowledgeable.
