INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup butter flavored shortening
1 cup white sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
Cream the butter, butter flavored shortening, and sugars. Add eggs and blend. Add peanut butter and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and stir until well blended.
Measure out tablespoonfuls of dough and roll into balls. Place 3 inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheets. Make criss-cross pattern with fork.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) 8-10 minutes until set, but not hard. Do not overbake. Leave on sheets for 2 minutes before removing. Cool, and store in covered container.

These are the simplist peanut butter cookies on the planet. I'll usually put a candy or fruit or something in the center right after I pull them from the oven.
Peanut Butter Kiss Cookie recipe
What you need: 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of peanut butter, 1 egg (beaten).
Baking instructions: Mix the three ingredients together. Roll dough into 1 1/2 inch balls. Place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Makes about 20-24 cookies.

Heat oven to 350

1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (optional)
1 cup peanut butter chips
10 peanut butter cups/ cut into 8ths. like a pie
Cream butter, p.b., sugar, brown sugar until smooth
Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla.
In another bowl Combine flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda. Then combine both mixes together. Lastly mix in the peanut and chocolate chips and the peanut butter cups. Drop by tsp. onto a cookie sheet press down with fork. Bake 8-10 minutes.
Let the cookies cool completely before picking up or moving.
