Well no but if you have more than 1 children it is hard so what you have to is tell your children to stay in the house do something quiet and you'll be better soon. and also if you were sick.... Hope You Feel Better Buddy!

Why should you "expect" help? If help is offered it is OK to accept it though. You should be prepared reciprocate at some time. I would not consider it "normal" to "expect" help at any time.

EXPECT HELP FROM WHOM? AS TO MY answer no do not expect help from anyone, you have to find your own resources, no one is interested in helping , so be self reliant, and do your own looking and getting help

i dont know about that. expectation leads to disappoint. you tell me. it would be nice for sure but i don't know your family or friends or the people from which you are "expecting" things from

no i dont think so i have 2 kids and know how it is to be worn out, sick, ect. so take the help when and where you can

No, one should never EXPECT help. If it comes, you are lucky. Most of us have to be self-reliant for ourselves and our families.
