Here's what you need to do...tell James and send him on Sean with a gun, have him wear a bullet proof vest. And go with James and after he has Sean lying on the floor kick him where it hurts, then tell a teacher/parent/counselor/principal

P.S.- I'm this girls friend and James is her boyfriend and Sean is the abuser. They are all in 8th grade

I assume you are a student being harassed by either a teacher or another student. Either way, the first step is to tell your parents, they should know what to do. Ideally, they will contact the administration at the school and look to start an investigation.

Also, make sure you can have witnesses. And, if you have any physical evidence, such as notes or written comments, be sure you keep them and are able to present them as evidence. These situations often come down to "he said/she said", and the more you have to back things up, the better your chances that real action will be taken.

Tell everyone. Tell your parents. Tell all your teachers. Tell your principal/dean. Tell your friends. Tell anyone and everyone you trust. You do not have to put up with that torture. Harrassment of any kind is unacceptable.

Talk to a counsler and tell her what is going on. Perhaps this person who is harrassing you is harrassing others and you can't let them get away with it. Help yourself and possibly others by talking to someone, preferably your counsolers or teachers

tell someone. harassment isn't something that should be blown off. if you have told this person to STOP, and they keep harassing you, go to someone you trust. A teacher, the nurse, a councelor, or even the school principal. DO SOMETHING. Don't just sit around. No one can blame you for wanting to not be harassed.

Tell, your teacher, even the principal and get the police involved as well. You shouldn't have to go through this.

Yes, I think you should tell someone if they don't stop. Its not worth not telling cause sexual harrassment can lead to other things that are not good. So please tell someone.
