I have a clear definition of my life and by what principals I will live by.
As for circumstances, I control what I can and let go of what I cannot.

Yes, I am driven by a passion to join the foreign service. This is the driving force behind what I am doing now, did last year and will continue to do for the next 4 years. It is a gamble to be sure, but measured against the "what if" cost, the time and monetary investment is miniscule.

Yep. I'm 58 and have one more year to go on a college degree. I wish I had time to drift! LOL!
