When I'm on the computer i cross my legs just like a kindergarten kid would on the carpet lol :)

Some times I sit way back.
Some times I sit up straight.
Some times I lean forward.
Some times I lean back.
Some times I cross my legs
Some times I leave them stretched out.
Some times with my feet flat on he floor

personally i slouch..yea i know thats bad...how do you sit in a chair? physically, just put ur bum in the middle and stick it!
