It depends on your age. If you don't have a job and a car and bills and rent to pay for yourself, then that puts your parents in full regulation of your life to a point. They are just protecting you. You should be thankful.

I have a very open relationship with my daughter. Try to talk to your parents and find out why. Do they think you are too young yet? Do they not trust you? Is it him? Has he done things in the past (maybe not to you) that they do not like? From the phrasing of your question, I get the impression you are young. If talking to your parents is out, then maybe they need to learn to trust you so they will give you more freedom. It comes down to how important the relationship is to you. There are always ways of getting around the parents. Groups going to the movies then separating, meeting at the local mall.

Always, listen to your parent's advice. They love you, and believe it or not, they are MUCH wiser, having lived their own lives, and seeing the mistakes of others. They sound like they are making a wise decision, and not so many others have it as lucky as you, and get hurt by things. You may not see it now, but you will thank them one day. For now, just roll with it, they are looking out for your best interest. How old are you, by the way? I am assuming you are in your teens, or younger, if not, I may be off in this. Good luck, and listen to your parents! SO many people wish they had!

Your parents love you, and they do not want you to mess up your life, so they are only trying to protect you, They just don't want you to make the mistakes that, they know could happen. so listen to them, and do what they say, because it is for your own best interest. At least you do get to see him, and believe you me, their is going to be plenty of time for all of that! Have a great holiday!

Speak to your parents & tell them how you feel. Show them that you can discuss it maturely. If they see that you are thinking things through in a mature manner, they may allow you more freedom. Until theydo, just enjoy & appreciate the time you do have with him.

Unfortunatley, if your parents won't let you see him there isn't a whole lot that you can do about it. You should probably try to find out why though and see if it is anything that you can fix or change.

It looks like I missed the first part of the question...I don't see it.
But the answer is simple: Obey your parents.

depends on why your parents won't let you guys be together, but you could go on a "group date" with your friends, and hang out with him all-the-while

Obey your Parents. I'll actually mean something the longer you wait.
