Hello from Germany! (If any of these questions is aimed at me, this is it!!) Talk to your guidance councelor. For me, I went straight to my Rotary District, but if you can do that depends on IF there is a Rotary Interact district in your area. (There should be.) If you are going as a High Schooler, you would be going with the club. If you're going as a college kid, you'd be going through the school. Hint: make a LOT of phone calls, and don't give up when things seem to get stuck. And always show your best side. :)

Most schools have an exchange student program that you may sign up for. Your advisor, or counselor should be able to give you the details.
