Start a happy gang. Kids create violence because they have no family they feel they can trust. And otfen times they are bored. So start a group that keeps things positive, supportive and fun for kids. That way they'll grow up to be better adults.

i used to live in a particularly bad area which was notorious for drugs and violence and such, ironically some of my fondest memories are of that place. but i suggest implementing some form of community watch system; they are very effective.

Just change area,go away from shitty places and find yourself a nice ,relaxing cool place to live,but if you love your community,just cooperate with the authorities,report any suspect moves.....you know
