We have a tail bone but no tail is theory. I'm asking for real proof, as in the fossil record.

I'm getting insults, but no real answers. Just one bit of evidence from the fossil record will do. Keep it simple though, we creationist are pretty dumb.

People get sick of these types of questions that take a long time to answer and generally end with the asker ignoring it all. If it's a genuine question, I suggest looking in previous questions, especially those asked in the biology section.
By the way, 'evolution by natural selection' is a scientific theory (the peak in science) which explains HOW and WHY all the observed evolution happens. That evolution simply has and does happen is fact.
But here's my favourite single example from the fossil record:

There are two relevant definitions here for fact.
One) A fact is something which is, whether it can be proven or not.
To illustrate, the world has been sphrerical, pretty much ever since it was formed, but it wasn't proved until a few hundred years ago. This didn't alter the facts.
People seem to freak out at the thought of absolute truth, but it seems to me that if something is true (proven or otherwise) on a certain day, then you always have to say, on that day this was true. If we can't at least agree on that, then we can look forward to a day when people can say the holocaust never happened.
Two) A fact is something that is proved.
Evolution is most likely a fact in def One. But it will likely never be proved.

Hi, this is all a misunderstanding. Evolution is not fact, it is a scientific theory. A fact is data; something you can classify with certainty. Like a fossil. Scientific theories explain facts. You never upgrade scientific theories to facts because they're different things. The Atomic Theory is still a theory even though we've split the atom.
Since all observations we've made corroborate Evolution (rather than contradict it), Evolution can be said to be a useful theory. There's not a singular piece of evidence that proves Evolution by itself, it's one massive collection of data.
So your premise is wrong, and your request can not be fulfilled.

If there were real (undeniable) proof, it would be the Law of Evolution, not the Theory of Evolution. That being said, a scientific theory, while not proven, should be well substantiated. Of course, some creation fanatics act as if a scientific theory is merely a hypothesis.

Evolution is not valid because it is perfect, it is valid because it was formulated through the scientific method. Creationist "scientists" create a conclusion without looking at the data, then pick and choose data that suports that conclusion. The scientists who formulated evolution observed the data first, then came up with a conclusion that best explained all of the data. Creationists just disregard anything that does not agree with their theory, so ID is not valid science...

There is no proof, just wishful thinking.
I don't believe evolution because it has yet to be proven.

The cell is irreducibly complex ad cannot evolve because it needs all its parts to function
The Cambrian explosion had all the body forms in one layer in the "fossil record" for almost all living phyla.

Since the total amount of proof would fill a small library, how about you actually READ a book on the subject instead of asking us to do your homework for you? Blithering hayseed.....

It's always been stated as a theory. How it shifted gears and became ' fact ' must've been when it was time to hand out grants in the scientific community and nobody was really interested in watching.

Sounds like you need to get yourself an education, John R. I didn't get mine from Yahoo Answers, so if I was you I'd get into town and get yourself a few decent books. That's where you'll find your answers.
