There's one of the many problems. Christians will tell you that one of the reasons they think that there's a God is because 'everything had to be created by SOMETHING'. But then what created God? Or are we to believe that he was simply floating in nothing for eternity and then one day decided to make a universe on a whim? What about before that? How long was he floating there before he decided to make a universe? Where is 'there'? What was he doing before? How can you tell how long he was there, unless you're measuring from a starting point, and what was there BEFORE that starting point?
See, it all falls apart...

Okay, try and follow me. We are finite creatures with a conception of time. Birthday, time to eat, time to sleep, what time is it, you got the time, day time, night time, summer time, ect.. Creatures of time or finite creatures do not have the ability to comprehend a timeless creature or infinite being, impossible. The reason you asked the question is a perfect example of my point. I'm not quoting bible verses here, but I am challenging you to consider a different concept. Regardless if your jew, christian, or muslim a concept of God is questioned at some point in time. We MUST believe God was created because EVERYTHING in our lives begins and ends. The finite cannot grasp the infinite. God wasn't created and we cannot understand that.

Absurd question, seriously.
God is beyond creation. We tend to think of His origin because everything we see around us including us were created. As we live in a created world, we make a mistake when we think of a creator of the creator by ascribing attributes of created things on him.

No one, seriously.
Heb 7:3 Without father, without mother, without descent, having neither beginning of days, nor end of life; but made like unto the Son of God; abideth a priest continually.
All we know is God aquired wisdom.
WISDOM SPEAKING
Pro 8:22 The LORD possessed me in the beginning of his way, before his works of old.
Pro 8:23 I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, or ever the earth was.

Our brains of which we only use less than 10% can not understand that God has always been. If someone or something created Him then He wouldnt be God!

God is self existent. He is the only thing that always has been and is and always will be. He exists outside of time and inside of time. Outside of space and inside of space.
For those that do not accept that concept, they will willingly accept the concept that the universe has always been here and will always be here. It is no less logical to say that about God.

Well, funny as it may seem, you have a valid question. This character everybody seems to be going after is a bad concoction. Strictly man made. The real one .... quite another story.
